This was a birthday celebration cake I made for my mom. It was my very first two tier cake with a full handcrafted gum paste bouquet topper! After making this cake I was hooked on cake decorating! The bottom tier cake was hazelnut and the top tier was buttermilk vanilla with raspberry buttercream. The entire cake was covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
