On one of the hottest weeks of the year, temperatures reaching 30+, I was faced with task of producing my first 6ft wedding in my small 10.5 X 7.9 kitchen. The cake was delivered to The Royal Bontanic Gardens in London and I’m still trying to take in how amazing the day was and the fact that I actually made this cake

The cake was transported in stages, the first 3 tiers were assembled from home, the rest at the venue. The large 22" petal base was a dummy as too the petal tier ner the top and the the top tier. All the rest were cake. Upon arrival we had about an hour to set up and it was all systems go. Sweat pouring, flowers breaking, the pressure was in, but I managed to do it with the help of a couple of friends on the day, and yes I cried tears of joy when it was all set up.
