This little cake was a surprise for me, as a perfect stranger requested it! The mum had been let down by her usual cake maker, so I was happy to help so the little boy would get his Paw Patrol birthday cake.

I had no idea what paw patrol was! I must have been the only parent on earth who had no idea they were dogs….I kept calling it the Snow Patrol cake!
