This was a surprise graduation cake to celebrate a Masters degree in Physiotherapy. The Mom mentioned that her Daughter was stylish and wanted to somehow incorporate her degree as well in the cake design. So I went with a simple but chic look for the front…I was going for a framed floral look and created light weight wafer roses. For the back I created a ‘hand’ holding a diploma and added a charm bracelet to attempt to bring in the stylish aspect again. It was a fews firsts for me; decorating both the front and back of a cake with different themes, wafer roses…and a bones! It was good fun! xx
