Madalena organised this wedding cake for her sister’s wedding. Stephen proposed to Mariana at the Bailey Lighthouse in Howth so it was decided they should have their very own lighthouse for their big day.
The base and the tower are made from chocolate biscuit cake and, apart from the dome and light, all is edible.
