I had the pleasure and honor of being in Isabel Tamargo’s ‘Sweet Summer’ collaboration this year and I created my very first wedding cake. All edible in chocolate fudge flavor, my design was influenced by the styles of Ceri D and David Cakes. Covered in Satin Ice fondant then decorated with hand piped Royal Icing, I’m in love with this cake and I hope that you are too.
