Made this yesterday for a wedding anniversary celebration..its a royal icing panel cake with a hand piped couple..the base has more than 300 royal icing roses in different shades of pink..the whole piping took around 3 hrs.A similar cake last year took around 7 hrs of my time..pretty pleased with my speed this time..:)
