I’m late in posting my cake entry for the San Antonio Cake show two weeks ago.

I have a deep love for quilling (something I used to do out of paper with my Grandmother)

Entire cake was done in Satin Ice fondant and all fondant quilling (no wafer paper)

This cake took FIRST place in Wedding – I’m still pinching myself!
