When thinking of this project I wanted it to be very romantic, glamourous, and with all the brilliant colours of a Flemish flower portrait.
Love is in the fancy of its ruches, in the romanticism of the printed wafer paper, in the glamourous gold waves of royal icing and crystal sugar and above all in the brilliant colours of its flowers.
