I have been saying for a while now I wanted to try something more gravity defying and yes I know this is not too crazy but hey I have to start somewhere,lol.

This one was for my friends son’s high school graduation. They wanted soccer , the high school and the University he is about to attend all incorporated. Pretty much the entire things is edible except for the structure, I included a picture to show you how it was done.The soccer ball was also 100% cake. I did make a few minor mistakes like adding the graduation cap top on before delivery, it was too heavy and ended up coming off on the way , I did manage to get it back on but did not look as nice as the first time round. These cakes always give us lots of learning opportunities and I learned it is more the little things that will bring it down, not the big ones. Just knowing next time to just add that at the venue was a great lesson.
