Loved making this rich dark chocolate three tier cake for my dear cousin’s daughter’s grandson!!! he had such a fabulous party at the sports club where he and his brother play. He’s 6 and crazy about any sport and is a keen football, cricket and ruby player already.

Used some artistic licence in the design and enjoyed hand painting the cakes. One day to bake and gananche, second day to cover, decorate and paint.

I love making cakes for kids… here are some other angles …. and his big brother’s birthday cake is coming up in a couple of weeks …. so looking forwards to making that one… :)
