This is my Elsa collection ,I missed the Frozen contest while debating which cake to enter and also due to internet issues .Each is special and even though I have my limitations working with cream some of them were challenging .Have added fondant accents ,tried isomalt ,white chocolate shards ,airbrush and edible paper to make Elsa come alive on cake .The little girl in the second picture is my daughter and she too is an Elsa fan ,picture quality is a bit blurry as battery was low .I think Frozen has captured the imagination of all little girls and continues to do so .
