For my little guy’s 7th birthday. Buttercream piped chocolate chip cookies with a bowl of sculpted cake to look like ice cream drizzled with ganache, sprinkles and of course a cherry or two! A cake fit for my little foodie king! I used Laura Loukaides’ ice cream tutorial on the Satin Ice blog for the texture – thank you Laura for a great tutorial! :)
