Young teenagers definitely know what they want these days and when I was sent this design I was abit clueless as to how I am going to make a gift box with cream .I spent a good about of time trying to perfect the lid and have attached an image of the top tier before putting it on to the base and yes was challenging with cream .I did make some changes to the original design as fondant on cream is always tricky .Looked up a tutorial for the simple wafer paper flower .Black and white is always a chic combination .

Can I ask what kind of cream you are using and how do you stabilize it?

I work sometimes with fresh cream so I know how difficult must be achieving cakes like yours. They are all amazing and perfectly looking!!!

Magda ,I don’t use any kind of stabilisers nor do I add any kind of icing sugar or essence .It is plain whipped but I have had years of experience in a small state where electricity ,water,sourcing ingredients ,net connectivity are major issues so have just learnt everything the hard way without guidance .Do inbox me if you have any particular cream query :)

WOW!!! I’m still quite new to whipped cream and never thought that you could achieve a cake like yours – perfectly smooth – with simply cream! Amazing! I love you cakes! Thank you Michelle for answering :) I will keep practicing then :) :) :)
