This is the groom’s cake that accompanied the Birdcage Wedding Cake! I had SO much fun with this one! Again, they gave me design freedom, only specifying tier sizes & a top hat.

The bottom tier is German Chocolate, the middle tier is White Velvet with Snickerdoodle cookie dough filling, & the top hat is Almond Amaretto cake & filling.

I especially loved the super cool wood effect I learned from Cakes By Kass, using wafer paper to distress fondant so it looks like weathered wood. How cool is that???
