I created this thanks to Timbo Sullivan, who shared his wonderful tips and tricks that he personally uses for sculpting his edible masterpieces. It was made in his class at the SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo. He taught us so many methods that I would have never even thought of! Although I am fine at creating handmade fondant models, this was way above and beyond my comfort level, and I am thrilled with the result. Plus, I used an airbrush for the first time. (You don’t need to know that I have an Iwata airbrush sitting here for 2 years, never opened the box….lol). Thank you Timbo for sharing your uniqueness with the class, and for providing lots of inspiration for more sculpting projects to come!
I made this using fondant, and no molds were used.
