This is a birthday cake for my mother. It is a vanilla bean cake with vanilla bean Italian Meringue Buttercream, lemon curd and blueberry filling. I tried Shannon Bond’s buttercream rosette technique, but I’ll need to keep practicing! It was a very fun cake to make for a very special lady.
