I was super excited to be asked to make this cake , it’s my largest structural design weighing over 40kg and serves over 200 portions !!
Shown in the pictures is our local Trafford Mayor and all the staff from Manchesters Oak Furniture Land standing with the cake , which was used to celebrate the opening of the 70th store , the cake was later auctioned for charity ! Xxx
