This was made for a colleague who’s just started up her own business making ballet tutus. It was my first attempt at making ruffles in this way and I loved how easy it was and how pretty they turned out. The dressmaker’s dummy is make of modelling chocolate moulded onto a skewer and the tutu is sugarpaste. Thank you for looking x
