This is one of the very first cakes I made with flowers .The design was provided by the client and though I have no formal training with flowers ,did give it a try to make a likeness .I think more than making sugar flowers ,combining my whipped cream medium with fondant and gum paste accents is the tricky part .Still learning through trial and error and took an hour or so to place the flowers on a soft surface .
