I created this all vegan (ZERO animal products) cake for a wedding on a boat, here on lovely Ladybird Lake in downtown Austin. Of COURSE it rained & we were having floods & all kinds of issues. (Pray please for Houston & surrounding areas, so sad) The wonderful tour boat company saved the day & they still had a lovely wedding.

The cake is Almond Amaretto cake & filling. Fresh florals completed the loveliness. The lighting wasn’t great due to storms, but the amazing Brittany of Brittany Jean Photos still captured gorgeous images!
