My first Buttercream Floral Cake!!!
I’m trying to expand my skills try new techniques and remind myself why I first fell in love with cake decorating. I had a tutorial by Kerrie Wyer from Viva La Buttercream. So with piping bag in hand I set off into the unknown!!!
I’m not sure I’m converted…..I’ve been taught to hold a small piping bag in the pencil grip, so of course this doesn’t work so well when piping buttercream flowers. With a bit more practice I just might be a buttercream convert :)
