Proud to have made and presented this cake to Mary Kom ,Olympian and World Boxing Champion in the 51 kg flyweight category .An Olympian with heart of gold and a simple lady from my own hometown Manipur.Needless to say ,I spent hours deciding what to make ,how to customise ,endless sketches but keeping in mind her personality as well as the fact that I have limitations when it comes to fresh cream I choose to carve out a boxing glove .Icing and smoothening the cream took all day,only the black band is fondant but every effort was definitely worth it -seeing her smile .
