Eeek! Just a little behind, I came across a couple of cakes from last autumn that i didn’t get around to posting here. This one was a birthday cake for a lady who works for our local council garden waste recycling team. He was all lemon cake and buttercream from his hat to his heels and the plant tub was a little extra I created from the carving off-cuts 😊
I do enjoy carved cakes, such a lot of fun!
