This was the cake that I made for my youngest sons birthday.
I was so happy when he told me that he wanted big hero 6!
I loved every second of making this cake for him in his favourite flavours to. Bottom tier was coffee and walnut with coffee buttercream and a hint of salted caramel and the top tier was carrot and walnut with a cream cheese frosting.
