Here is my ‘dairy free’ version on a drippy Choccywoccydoodah inspired cake. I wont lie dairy free chocolate is a tricky trickster to work with, but so pleased with the outcome, even managed to get a good shine on the tempered milk chocolate side panels.

5" & 7" sponges hide under enough chocolate to make you fillings shudder!! Enjoy
