Playing with edible markers and wafer/rice paper. I used edible wafer (rice) paper sheets and started drawing patterns and shapes with edible markers. I then attached these to the side of the cake. I made a wafer/ rice paper heart topper and coloured alternate edges red and black using gel colours.
