I was given a brief by the bride to make a large and luxurious cake for her wedding. I knew that we had to create a design to wow the 500 guests to this large Asian wedding.

Each tier was 5.5inches deep. We decorated the 12" square bottom tier with horizontal frills and highlighted the edges with pearl paint. The 10" square tier was decorated with pearlised Clair Bowman cake lace mat design. The 8" round tier was decorated with the marvelous moulds tiara design that was highlighted. the 6" round top tier was decorated with sections of the tiara design.

The flowers used on the cake were fresh Avalance roses in Pink & white. I also added David austin roses, freesias and gypsophelia
