This cake is a recreation of a picture my client sent to me. This particular cake is extra tall, 8", is buttercream iced with the fondant monogram. I used a stencil for the letter E and used a stick pin to prick the letter onto the fondant. That was my first time using that technique and it worked out beautifully! The flowers are handmade, and the mums were the most challenging for something that small.
