I am not sure what the name is for these types of cakes, but I had a blast making it! They are so popular these days, I had to make one! The sweets featured, are cookies and chocolates from around the world. We added a drizzle of our homemade caramel and a couple of fun chocolate pieces painted with edible gold. The cake flavor is Cinnamon Spice with a cream cheese buttercream. The writing says ’Happy Birthday Lindsay!" in Czech.
