I made these shamrock sugar cookies for St. Patrick’s day. All of the details are done with royal icing.

My inspiration was a cookie I saw online by Funky Cookie Studio who based it on artwork by Art on Artesia. I was quite pleased with how they turned out especially since I made my own aluminum cookie cutter to make them :-)
