Andy has a birthday this week.
He’s a dog groomer (he regularly gives our Westie Sadie a cut and blow dry).
Who likes spending time with his Golden Retriever and loves to be out and about on his
Suzuki Strom motorbike.
So his wife Val asked if I could make a cake for him that included both of them.
The name of his grooming business is ‘Swaggers’ so I included that onto one side of the sign and I also gave him another destination I know he likes…….‘The open road’.
The cake is Chocolate fudge which is a lovely recipe that everyone loves because it’s scrumptiously dark and deeply delicious!!
