It’s a Rapunzel tower cake.
The top of the tower (house) is a 18cm section cake.
The part underneath i made with rice rispie.
It’s 77cm high!

I made the metal and wooden construction myself.

Vanille sponge filt with vanilla swiss meringue creme and strawberryjam, coverd with vanilla fondant.
