1st year anniversary cake for a very sweet couple whose wedding cake I made nearly a year ago. They requested this cake so they could freeze it and bring it out on their anniversary day as per tradition. The cake follows the rustic Australian and Medieval theme of the wedding day. I was lucky enough to be a guest at their wedding and it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies I have ever attended. Gorgeous couple.
