I was so thrilled to be part of this Downton Abbey collaboration. I was asked if I would consider making the actual house as my piece and although I knew it would be a major undertaking the challenge really appealed. The main part is made out of dummy cakes and the towers are RKT. I ran short on time so the windows are plain edible prints that I airbrushed the shading onto. I also used cake lace coloured the same as the building to suggest the ornate brickwork.
