A few progress shots from one of last weeks cakes .
Client wanted their horse going over a jump, they provided loads of pictures as reference points .
Started of with the aluminium wire to get the basic shape then covered that in florist tape . Then started sculpting using modelling chocolate until I was happy with the shape and proportions.
Finally used my spray gun to achieve all the shading and added the jockey last !!!
