My design is based on the book, “On The Night You Were Born.” I had so much fun with this collaboration….I could not ask for a more talented group of cake and sugar artist to work with.

The book and the top two tiers were all hand painted. I made the book cover out of fondant (with tylose) and the pages are wafer paper. The cake board was airbrush. All figures and additional decorations were made out of fondant.
