Well I have not been here for a while. Haven’t been making cakes for some time, so why not ease back in with a simple cake. LOL
Chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache. Styrofoam tracks and arm, everything else is edible.
The cake board is custom just over a metre long. That is why I could only get photos don’t on my kitchen bench, too big for the photo tent.
