Inspired by the man in the I and T factory from Dr Seuss’ ‘Did I ever tell you how lucky you are?’. This piece seemed especially relevant since my hubby is an I and T man! It is a lemon sponge covered in fondant, with a sugarpaste I and T man on a sugar chair supported by a wire. The pencils are wire, and he is crossing t’s and dotting i’s on wafer paper.
