I made this cake for my grandson’s first birthday. I live in California and he lives in Colorado. I knew a real cake wouldn’t make it, so I made this dummy cake and took it on the plane with me. It arrived with a few bumps and cracks but overall it arrived in on piece. I made a smash cake for him. He ate quite a bit of it!
