This is a gluten free, wheat free, nut free cake made for Alfie last week. Alfie loves Batman, Spiderman, Ironman and the Hulk so I just had to include a Hulk Smash Hand. Hulk’s hand was made from modelling paste, I used edible images for the other characters and personalised detailing. I’m told he was delighted with his cake, the first time his mum has bought a cake for him, she usually makes a sponge cake herself because of all his allergies so I felt quite honored to be asked (and ever so slightly terrified)
