Here is my latest cake. This bottom tier is chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream filling and iced in buttercream rosettes. The middle tier is white almond cake filled with raspberry preserves and covered in ganache and fondant with gold fondant chevrons. The top tier is white almond cake filled with buttercream and covered in buttercream. The decorations are made from fondant and gumpaste.
