I created this cake for the Cake Cymru competition which was part of the Welsh Cullinary Championships at Coleg Llandrillo. It was all hand painted with edible rose gold metallic dusts using cocoa butter method. The peonies were all made by flower paste. I was awarded a bronze medal.
