My whipped cream standing heart

I know many have seen gravity defying standing heart cakes and I too doubted myself as to whether I could pull off a whipped cream standing heart .I was a nervous wreck till the very end and was scared to make it stand as I was sure it would collapse but it DIDN’T ..and so I had to share this first and foremost with my baker fraternity as only you will understand what it means .
