My heart melts for you

Dedicated to my husband who after 16 years of being together still makes my heart flutter and melt. Gluten free and vegan chocolate cake with gf/vegan gingerbread cream filling carved into a 3D heart, then covered in vegan ganache with pooled dribble. Hand painted in two tones of red to create depth. Simple but from the heart ;-)
