So, I had the great joy of making this wedding cake… as soon as I was given the brief I knew I wanted to make it!!

the 4 tiers are all different flavour cakes, deliberately placed slightly off centre to give it extra playfulness. The crabs (who i named Arthur and Martha) were made as a bride and groom, and all the shells were made freehand without moulds. I used soft brown sugar for the sand, and its all covered in fondant.
