Made this cake for a young man at my church. The bottom cake is a wood grain airbrushed buttercream cake in his favorite flavor, triple chocolate extreme cake with layers of dark chocolate ganache and chocolate fudge buttercream. Top cake is covered in fondant…rainbow trout are marshmallow fondant hand painted and ice is isomalt nibs.
