A crazy 50th birthday cake that is full of the things the birthday girl loves: coffee, yogurt, travel (represented by her passport), cooking (a wooden spoon) and theater (a custom playbill featuring the celebrant). The book is labeled psychology after her profession, and inside it is chocolate stout cake with chocolate mousse filling. Everything you see is edible, even the coffee cup and yogurt cup and spoon. Hard to combine all these different elements into a single design, but I think this worked. The birthday girl was happy!
