I think the Little Mermaid is such a sweet and colourful theme for children. Maya asked for an Ariel cake, so the other bits and pieces were optional if time allowed (but I didn’t have the time in the end). 8" Chocolate Fudge cake and 6" Victoria Sponge cake. All decorations are made with edible gumpaste.

I do find faces difficult to sculpt and I had to giggle at this one as I thought she looked more like an Ariel Diva than a sweet Disney character!

Maya had a lovely party and I have added some photos below which were sent to me.
