This winter wedding cake was three tiers of three different flavours and fillings. Adorned with a mix of mediums, sugar Hellebore (also known as the Christmas rose) and sugar berries alongside real roses, pine cones, cinnamon bark and winter foliage. Finished with a burlap ribbon to give it a little bit of a rustic touch.
